Discussion and possible action to grant Preliminary and Final Plat approval to Lot 22, Block 3 Old Milwaukee Subdivision Plat and issue a “Certificate of Compliance with Plat Requirements” (ID 11521).

Background:

Item is a regulatory compliance matter with development provisions of state and local laws/regulations. The purpose is to plat 0.850 acres off Highway 359, in the Old Milwaukee Subdivision in compliance with the provisions of Local Government Code, Chapter 232, Subchapter B and Webb County’s Model Subdivision Regulations.

All water and wastewater improvements have been completed and are in place.

Water and wastewater services will be provided by the City of Laredo Utilities Department.

There are no proposed public improvements.
