Discussion and possible action to approve a One year (1yr.) lease extension between Laredo Real Foods, Inc., as Lessor, and Webb County, as Lessee, for their C.A.A./Meals On Wheels commercial kitchen building lease at a monthly rental of $3,500.00 per month or $42,000.00 annually, commencing October 1, 2022 thru September 30, 2023, with a one year renewal option at the same rental rate; and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign any and all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
