Discussion and possible action to approve the acceptance of overtime and fringe benefits of the grant funded State and Local Overtime and Authorized Expense/Strategic Initiative Program under the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force. OCDETF will cover $19,840.75 in overtime from Fund Source 2602. Also, to increase fringe benefits accounts of $4,829.00 by Constable Pct. 4 State Forfeiture Fund #2201 to cover fringe benefits, therefore no impact to the General Fund.

Issue: Approval from Commissioners Court to Continue providing fringe benefits covered by Constable Pct. 4.

Solution: Approval by Commissioners Court.

Result: Constable Pct. 4 continue providing fringe benefits to the designee.
