Discussion and possible action to approve Laredo College as Representative Organization for Category "C" for Webb County Community Action Agency Advisory Board; and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: State mandates the filling of vacancies when applicable term ends as per Administrative Code Chapter 5 Rule 5.215.

Solution: Vacancies will be filled.

Result: The Agency will comply with Texas Department of Housing & Community Affairs Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 5 Rule 5.215.
