Discussion and possible action to approve the purchase of two (2) 2023 Chevrolet Suburban’s 4WD 4dr LS in an amount not to exceed $112,890.00 from Whitmoyer Buick – Chevrolet, Inc. for the Medical Examiner’s Office and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #1001-3100-001-470000 (General Fund-Medical Examiner-Administration-Capital Outlay)]

Issue: The Medical Examiner was approved through the budget process two (2) Chevrolet Suburban’s.

Solution: Electronic bid proposals were requested from multiple vendors. Only one vendor provided a bid due to lack of inventory availability.

Result: If approved by Commissioners Court, order will be placed. Estimated time of delivery is December 2022.
