Discussion and possible action to approve the purchase of two (2) 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe’s 4WD 4dr – Police Package Vehicles (PPV) in an amount not to exceed $102,900.00 from Whitmoyer Buick – Chevrolet, Inc. for the Webb County Constable Pct. 2 Office and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #2469-3180-001-470000 (2021 Operation Stone-garden (OPSG) Grant-Constable Pct. 2 - Administration-Capital Outlay]

Issue: The Office of Constable Pct. 2 was approved OPSG grant funds to purchase two (2) Chevrolet Tahoe’s PPV for law enforcement purposes.

Solution: Electronic bid proposals were requested from multiple vendors. Only one vendor provided a bid due to lack of inventory availability.

Result: If approved by Commissioners Court, order will be placed. Estimated time of delivery is December 2022.
