Discussion and Possible action to approve the 2023 AETNA Health Insurance and AETNA Dental Insurance rates for the Webb County Employees effective January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023. Co-Pays for medical visits with the primary care physician remain at $10.00. Specialists co-pay remain at $20.00 as mandated by the court.

Issue: Rates needed to be adjusted so as to balance the Employee Health Plan with increased benefits.

Solution: Approve the Rates/premiums in the best interest of the employees allowing affordable health care.
