Presentation and discussion by the Rio Grande International Study Center to collaborate jointly with Webb County and the City of Laredo for the submission a grant application to the National Park Service for its “Outdoor Recreation Legacy Partnership” program for the purposes of a project referred to as Project Uno – Conservation Park Project located in the Zacate Creek Watershed; with possible action to provide cash match assistance; and any other matters incident thereto.
