Discussion and possible action to authorize Webb County to execute an Order of Acceptance for the dedication of One (1) Roadway Right-of-Way, Utility and Drainage Easement out of Lot/Tract No. 81, Ranchitos Los Mesquites Subdivision to Webb County, by Jose C. Luna, Grantor, for the purpose of acquiring these necessary easements to perform road maintenance, utilities, and/or drainage improvements to facilitate transportation needs for residents including emergency medical services and school bus pickups for students, and to authorize the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
