Discussion and possible action to grant Preliminary and Final Plat Approval to a re-plat of Tract 7A, Four Points Subdivision, being 9.8271 acres, more or less, as further described in Vol. 5010, Pg. 860 of the Webb County Deed Records.

Background:

The purpose of the re-plat is to bring the tract into compliance with Chapter 232 of the Texas Local Government Code and Webb County’s Subdivision Regulations. The re-plat has no proposed public improvements. Item is a regulatory compliance matter with development provisions of state and local laws/regulations. Planning staff recommends approval.
