Discussion and possible action to approve a rental agreement between Store it all Storage and Webb County for Constable Pct. 1 in the amount of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE DOLLARS ($251.00) per month for a total of TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE ($2,833.00) and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Previous agreement was funded within forfeiture funds. Request to transfer funding source was presented, however, requires Commissioners Court approval.

Solution: Accept and approve transfer of funding source.

Result: Storage space will remain available to maintain and secure the items currently stored by Constable Pct. 1 office.
