Subject:

Discussion and possible action to amend the supplemental group life insurance ("Plan 2") so that a County Employee, Spouse, and Dependent may increase their Life Insurance by one or two increments yearly during the annual enrollment of benefits provided they are already covered under Plan 2 and the election to increase supplemental life insurance does not exceed the Guaranteed Issue Amount. This amendment will become effective January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024; and authorize the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
