Discussion and possible action to accept a donation from Electric Transmission Texas, LLC (ETT) as per Local Government Code 81.032, in the amount of $4,000 to be utilized in the following line items: Training & Education, Administrative Travel, Dues & Memberships; and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. [Accounts #1001-3140-001-456205 (Training & Education); #1001-3140-001-458000 (Administrative Travel); #1001-3140-001-464010 (Dues & Memberships)]

Issue: Donation check issued by Electric Transmission Texas, LLC to support the mission of the Webb County Volunteer Fire Department.

Solution: Deposit money accordingly, $1,500.00 into Training & Education, $2,000.00 into Administrative Travel, and $500.00 into Dues & Memberships.

Result: Continue working relationship with ETT, and meet department needs.
