Discussion and possible action to approve a Memorandum of Agreement between Laredo Independent School District and Webb County Head Start/Early Head Start to improve the quality of services for Webb County children ages 0 through age 5 and their families. There will be no impact on the County budget. Children impacted will be Laredo, El Cenizo and Rio Bravo Texas and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. [Requested by Aliza Oliveros, Webb County Head Start Director]
