Discussion and possible action to enter into a Three (3) year (June 13, 2014 thru June 12, 2016) NetIQ Corporation maintenance/support renewal agreement with NetIQ Corporation in the amount of THREE THOUSAND TWENTY-FOUR DOLLARS ($3,024.00) to provide maintenance for the iSeries 400, subject to annual budget appropriation and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. Technical support via telephone, e-mail, world wide web and fax
Free software and documentation upgrades for releases
access to NetIQ's Online Support, a password-protection website, where you can download hotfixes, service packs and technical documents
