Discussion and possible action to authorize the release of the 10% retainage payment ($6,000) to Habitat for Humanity of Laredo for the construction project located at 2319 Severita Lane, Tierra Prometida, HWY 359, under the Self-Help Center New Construction Program. To be paid from grant funds, Account #508-2311. This action will not impact the County's General Fund.

Background:

This is one of four homes under the Self-Help Center New Construction Program Grant #712003. Final inspection for this home was conducted on 11/10/2014.

Previous Court Action:

Commissioner's Court approved the Bid Award to Habitat for Humanity of Laredo Inc., on February 13, 2013 in the amount of $200,000.00.
