Discussion and possible action to approve a Fifteen foot (15') Utility Easement and access to the City of Laredo, for a water line that completes the required fire loop for this site. Easement is contained in Lot 1 of Block 1 of Las Blancas Subdivision Unit 2; and authorizing the County Judge to execute all necessary documents.

Background:

Staff recommends proceeding with dedication so project can be completed. Legal City documents and Engineer’s description and survey of easement attached.

Previous Court Action:

Change Order for the addition of two classrooms to the JJAEP (Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Program).
