Discussion and possible action to approve an advertising agreement between Gray Television Group, Inc. and Webb County for the Sheriff's Office in an amount not to exceed $2,500 per month, effective January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015 for law enforcement service announcements. [State forfeiture Account #168-2001-6707]

Background:

Sheriff Cuellar will utilize his state forfeiture funds to contract Gray Television Group, Inc. to run continuous 30 second TV spots for law enforcement purposes. The purpose of this agenda is to inform the Court and the public of agreement terms and purpose of expense.
