Discussion and possible action to approve the closeout and acceptance of the Repair, Refurbish and Remodeling of the Casa Blanca Golf Course Clubhouse and Restaurant Project; and the release of the 10% retainage in the amount $18,954.32 to J-Starr Construction; and to authorize the County Treasurer to issue and release check. Previous Court Action:

September 22, 2014, Commissioner Court approved Change Order 2 to the J-Starr Construction Inc., for the Casa Blanca Golf Club Kitchen Renovation Contract in the amount of $31,960.00 and the addition of 30 days. This is for ADA Compliance items and the addition of a freezer to the walk-in cooler. The new contract amount will be $189,543.24. [746-6001-8601 (Bond Series 2013]
