Discussion and possible action to issue a “Certificate of No Plat Required” pursuant to Section 232.0015(f), Texas Local Government Code and Section XVI.1.B (2), Webb County Subdivision Regulations to that certain tract of land subdivided into tracts known as the Simeon Park Partition, Phases I and II containing approximately 558.28 acres more or less, being out of and part of an 819.16 acre tract contained in that certain deed recorded in Volume 3661, Pages 155-66 of the Official Public Records of Webb County; as reviewed and recommended for approval by the Webb County Planning Director.
