Discussion and possible action to approve a budget amendment to increase expenditure funds for Overtime (Account #166-2500-5003) in the amount of $10,000 from the available funds in the Federal Forfeiture Fund #166. Available funds from Fund 166 are currently $53,789.97.

Issue: Funding is needed for deputy constables to work overtime in order to have additional community policing and after-hours process serving.

Solution: Budget amendment to Increase funds for Overtime expenditures.

Result: The budget amendment increase will provide funding to cover overtime pay.
