Discussion and possible action to decline the acceptance of 6.54 acres donated to the Webb County Planning Department. On the Warranty Deed, the Grantors were Palmito Estates, Inc., signed by Cecil McDonald as “Grantor”, conveyed to Webb County Planning Department as “Grantee”. The Deed was filed on October 25, 1994. The Webb County Planning Department is a non-entity and cannot receive title; and authorize the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
