APPROVE-SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO.6 TO MAIN CONTRACT

Discussion and possible action to approve Dannenbaum Engineering Corporation's Supplemental Agreement No. 6 to Main Contract. This Supplemental No. 6 is adding TxDOT CSJ: 0086-14-910 defined as Right of Way/Utilities and PS&E for Loop 20 Main Lanes and Frontage Roads from Sta. 257+85.56 to just North of Loop 20/US 59 Overpass (Sta. 115+5.40). All other provisions of the Main Contract are unchanged and remain in full force and effect. Additional scope of services of which 100% will be reimbursed by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) contingent on their approval and; authorize the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. Issue:Amend scope of services: Right of Way; Utilities; for Loop 20 Main Lanes, Airport and Jacaman grade separations, and Frontage Roads.

Solution: Approve Supplemental No. 6 to the Main Contract which is adding Supplemental No. 2 and Supplemental No. 3 to Work Authorization No. 2 (recently approved 11/14/2016) for additional Advanced Planning Services for TxDOT CSJ: 0086-14-058-Loop 20 Extension Project, in the amount of $157,121.03 (approved 11/14/2016) increasing the total Main Contract to $2,743,625.05.

Result: Include all additional necessary services as required and approved by the Texas Department of Transportation. Execute Supplemental No. 6 to Main Contract and continue with project.
