Discussion and possible action to enter into a Twenty Four (24) month (December 12, 2016 through December 11, 2018) Maintenance Agreement between Toshiba Business Solutions and Webb County for the Webb County Justice of the Peace, Precinct 4 for a Toshiba E-Studio 456 Digital Copier at a cost of Sixty-Nine Dollars and Fifty-One Cents ($69.51) per month for a total amount of One Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Eight Dollars and Twenty-Four Cents ($1,668.24) over the term of the agreement, subject to annual budget appropriating and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.[Requested by Jose “Pepe” Salinas, Justice of the Peace, Pct. 4; Account #001-1044-6402]
