Issue: Ranchitos Los Fresnos subdivision needs a county road with a fifty (50) foot easement.

Solution: Webb County Engineering is obtaining easements from the residents to acquire the needed fifty (50) foot required by the model rules.

Result: When the project is completed the Ranchitos Los Fresnos subdivision will have a fifty (50) foot county road.

Background:

Webb County needs to acquire Roadway Right-of-Ways for future county road construction.
