Discussion and possible action to accept the dedication of Three (3) Roadway Right-of-Way easements out of Ranchitos Los Nopalitos subdivision, and to authorize the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. [Requested by Luis Perez Garcia, Webb County Engineer]

Issue: Ranchitos Los Nopalitos subdivision needs a county road with a fifty (50) foot easement.

Solution: The Webb County Engineering Department is obtaining the easements from the residents to acquire the needed fifty (50) foot required by the model rules.

Result: When the project is completed the Ranchitos Los Nopalitos subdivision will have a fifty (50) foot county road.

Background:

Webb County needs to acquire Roadway Right-of-Ways for future county road construction.
