Discussion and possible action to authorize the purchase of Two (2) Odyssey Portal Servers for $14,851.98, One (1) Portal Server SAN for $19,641.37 from Dell (DIR-SDD-1951) and Twenty-Four (24) VMWare licensing from Shi Government Solutions (DIR-SDD-2503) in the amount of $26,652.00 in accordance with the Texas Local Government Code; Section 271 (Cooperative Purchasing Program), and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: The equipment for the new judicial system has not been completely acquired. This server and licenses will allow judicial departments to provide services to the community thru internet portals.

Solution: Purchase the server and licenses.

Result: Webb County Judicial System will have servers for internet portals.
