Discussion and possible action to establish and set fees, payment schedules, and rules for the provision of solid waste services by Webb County in the unincorporated areas of the county to include the extra-territorial jurisdiction (ETJ) areas in which an inter-local agreement has been executed by the City of Laredo; extend the implementation schedule or effective date to March 1, 2017 (for services beginning April 1, 2017); authorizing the County Judge to execute all necessary documents and county orders relating to same; and, any matter incident thereto as recommended below:

Recommended Monthly Service Fees

Recommended Monthly Service Discounts for Advance Payments

12 months	25%	A residential customer’s annual service cost of $360 would be reduced to $270
6 months	20%	A residential customer’s annual service cost of $360 would be reduced to $288 (2 pymts of $144 ea.)
3 months	10%	A residential customer’s annual service cost of $360 would be reduced to $324 (4 pymts of $81 ea.)
