Discussion and possible action to authorize Webb County to enter into a Five (5) year Lease/Purchase with Dell for seven (7) servers at an annual cost of $20,579.32 subject to annual budget appropriations for a total cost of $93,798.16, pursuant to Sections 271.101 and 271.102 of the Texas Local Government Code, Cooperative Participation Program (Contract No. DIR-TSO-3763); and further authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Servers for Public Safety (3), Jail and Case Management(3), and Financial(1) software will no longer be supported in the near future.

Solution: To purchase the requested servers.

Result: Core servers for Webb County will be upgraded and supported for at least the next five (5) years.
