Subject:

Discussion and possible action to rescind Resolution 08-24-2020-29 (adopted August 24, 2020) regarding the rehabilitation/reconstruction of the Welch Road Bridge and adopting Resolution 12-7-2020-04 being a Resolution Agreeing to Utilize Local Government Participation Match Funds for the Rehabilitation of Various Off-System Bridge Structures (being $458,932.00); authorizing the County Judge to submit a letter of request to utilize said funds for the Welch Road bridge as an equivalent match project and any other matters incident thereto.

Background:

The funding would be from the 10% participation the County would normally pay under the TxDOT Bridge Rehabilitation Program.
