Discussion and possible action to enter into a tax abatement agreement with Corazon Solar, L.L.C. for a 200 Megawatt solar power project in Webb County, for a ten year period being a 100% tax abatement of ad valorem taxes (maintenance and operation only), with Payments in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT payments) to be made annually to Webb County and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.

Background:

Corazon LLC had submitted an application to the County for a 10 year 100% tax abatement on a 400 Megawatt solar power project. During discussion, Corazon reduced the size of the power project to 200 Megawatts.
