Subject:

Discussion and possible action to enter into a Three (3) year agreement (January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2025) between Webb County and T.E.B. Benefits Group Inc. which requires a contemporaneous Third Party Payment Agreement with National Benefit Services and a Business Associate Agreement for compliance with HIPAA regarding the personal health information of Webb County's Employees which will be processed in conformance with the Webb County Cafeteria Plan. Said terms, services and obligations are set out in Schedule A while the costs are itemized in Schedule B of the Service Agreement; and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
