Discussion and possible action to authorize Webb County to execute an Order of Acceptance for the dedication of One (1) Roadway Right-of-Way, Utility, and/or Drainage Easements out of Antonio Santos Subdivision for the purpose of acquiring these necessary easements by Webb County to be able to perform road maintenance and improvements to the public right of way, drainage and/or utility easements in order to facilitate transportation needs for residents including emergency medical services and school bus pickups for students, and to authorize the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. [Requested by Luis Perez Garcia, Webb County Engineer]
