Discussion and possible Action to approve a ten year (10 yr.) renewal term for an Oil and Gas Pipeline Right-of-Way Easement for assignee Texas Pipeline Webb County Rich System, LLC., as per original O&G pipeline R.O.W. between Meritage Midstream Services, LLC., and Webb County, as Trustee for Webb County School Lands (W.C.S.L.), on September 27, 2011, as per memorandum of same recorded in Vol. 3152, Page 421 Real Property Records of Webb County, Texas. The rental rate for the new 10 yr. term is $227,820.85 ($15.00 per linear foot x 12,531.40 ft., + 2021 Consumer Price Index (C.P.I.) adjusted rent rate), commencing September 26, 2021.[Requested by Civil Legal Department]
