Discussion and possible action to enter into an engineering services agreement with Garver LLC., for design and construction administration of upgrades and rehab to the County's wastewater treatment plant in the amount of Nine Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand One Hundred Twenty-Four Dollars ($977,124.00) with an anticipated project term of three hundred sixty-five days (365) and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. [Requested by Webb County Utilities Director, Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) RFQ 2021-008 ]

Background:

The Webb County wastewater treatment plant is in need of upgrades in order to comply with TCEQ requlations.
