Discussion and possible action to, by Order, appoint the Webb County Sheriff as the “Administrator” of the Webb County Public Nuisance Abatement Rules and Procedures and authorizing the Justices of the Peace to hear public nuisance cases for nuisance violations within their precinct; authorizing the County Judge to sign the Order on behalf of the Webb County Commissioners Court. [Requested by Commissioner Rosaura "Wawi Tijerina and Commissioner Jesse Gonzalez]
