Discussion and possible action to authorize, the purchase of two printers with toner in the amount of $1,134.06 through the funding source from the Technology fund pursuant to Article 102.0173 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure. [Account #2009-2160-001-460105]

Issue: We are a high traffic office. Therefore, when the main copier is out of service we need to be able to stay in operation in all departments.

Solution: We need a printer in civil and one in the office manager's space as a backup for when the copier is out of service that will help us stay functional. Then other departments are covered already with small printers for backup.

Result: We can patiently wait for the copier to get fixed, as long it needs to take. Consequently, we will stay functional to serve our customers.
