Discussion and possible action to ratify an agreement with SecureWorks, Inc. for Emergency Incident Response Service, including digital forensic analysis, malware analysis and reverse engineering, for the county’s network at a cost of up to $28,350.00 for up to 60 hours of service and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.
