Discussion regarding recent job performance of Building Maintenance Director; with discussion and possible action to take any appropriate disciplinary action necessary regarding the Building Maintenance Director’s actions and oversight of his department, including continuation of employment, reassignment, modification of duties, disciplinary action, or dismissal. The Commissioners Court may take such other action as may be necessary to implement its decision including, but not limited to, appointment of interim department head; and any other matters incident thereto. [Executive Session may be requested pursuant to Texas Government Code Title 5, Subchapter D, Sections 551.071 (Consultation with attorney) and 551.074 (Personnel matters)]
