Discussion and possible action to authorize the Purchasing Agent to award the following contracts:

Bid 2015-30    6 month contract for Hot Mix Asphalt to Anderson Columbia
Bid 2015-88    3 month contract for Meats to LaBatt as primary and Sysco Central Texas as secondary
Bid 2015-89    6 month contract for Produce to RC Produce

Issue: We need a contract for the above stated commodities because of the dollar amount we spend each year on these items.

Solution: Solicit competitively sealed bids, and award a contract to the vendor that has submitted the most advantageous bid to Webb County.

Result: Compliance of the Law.
