Discussion and possible action to approve a refund in the amount of $9,178.74 to Wells Fargo Real Estate Tax Services LLC, Accounts #10200091060 through #98830001180, over-payments on mortgage accounts for tax year 2014.

Issue: Several property tax accounts had been previously been paid and/or adjusted prior to receiving the payment from Wells Fargo Real Estate Tax Services LLC resulting in an over-payment in the amount of $9,178.74.

Solution: Refund over-payment to Wells Fargo Real Estate Tax Services LLC.

Result: The monies will ultimately be reimbursed to the taxpayer.
