Discussion and possible action to enter into a Service Agreement with Time Warner Cable for Four (4) years (February 23, 2015 thru February 22, 2019) for Internet Services for enrollment for children in the Webb County Head Start/Early Head Start Center (Tatangelo Head Start Center) for a monthly rate of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-NINE DOLLARS AND TWENTY-FIVE CENTS ($229.25) and a One-time installation charge of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($150.00) for a total amount of ELEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN DOLLARS AND SIXTY CENTS ($11,187.60), subject to annual budget appropriation and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
