Discussion and possible action to enter into a non-financial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Webb County Head Start/Early Head Start and Texas Department of Protective Services for a period of Two (2) years beginning on August, 2014 thru August, 2016; The purpose of the MOU is to establish an agreed upon standardized referral process to Head Start/Early Head Start programs by the Texas Department of Protective Services office to be used when making referrals of CPS children and other eligible children, and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents. [Requested by Aliza Oliveros, Webb County Head Start Program Director]
