Subject:

Discussion and possible action to amend the Safety Policy Manual, with regards to membership in Executive Committee; to stipulate the Building Maintenance Director as a permanent member; and the addition of a Sergeant at Arms.

Background:

The Safety Policy outlines the Executive Safety Committee was approved back in 1999. Recent developments and issues discussed in the Safety Committee meetings, have prompted the need to include the Director of Building Maintenance as a permanent member.
