Discussion and possible action to enter into a Three (3) year Hospital Services Agreement with Laredo Texas Hospital Company, L.P. d/b/a Laredo Medical Center. The term of the Hospital Services Agreement shall begin December 1, 2014 and will end November 30, 2017. The purpose of the agreement is to provide the medical examiner basic diagnostic imaging and laboratory services. Services will be charged based on the current Medicare Reimbursement rates plus 5% per Current Procedural Terminology, subject to annual budget appropriation; and any other matters incident thereto. [Requested by Dr. Corinne Stern, Webb County Medical Examiner]
