Discussion and possible action to enter into a Twenty-Four (24) month (February 23, 2015 thru February 22, 2017) Maintenance Agreement between Toshiba Business Solutions and the District Attorney’s Office for a Toshiba EStudio723 at a cost of FORTY-NINE DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($49.50) per quarter for a total amount of THREE HUNDRED NINETY-SIX DOLLARS ($396.00) over the term of the agreement with an excess charge of 0.0085 per copy, subject to annual budget appropriating and authorizing County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
