Discussion and possible action to authorize an Inter Local Agreement between Webb County and Webb Consolidated Independent School District (WCISD) for the continued construction of a community and educational training building located in or around Bruni, Texas. Webb County and Torrecillas Wind Energy, LLC, entered into a Tax Abatement Agreement that required Torrecillas Wind Energy to contribute $400,000.00 to Webb County for this purpose. Webb County will assist WCISD by administering the funding for this project and will provide oversight necessary to ensure that the available funds are used for this specific project.
