Discussion and possible action to enter into a Three (3) year Cooperative Agreement between Laredo Community College and the Webb County Head Start/Early Head Start Program. The purpose of the agreement is to develop and implement the fieldwork/clinical experience for Child Development/Education. The term will commence the date the agreement has been fully executed, and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents.
