Discussion and possible action to enter into a Twelve (12) month (March 1, 2016 through February 28, 2017) Self-Service Storage Rental Agreement between South Meadow Self Storage and the Webb Tax Office for a 10 x 20 Storage Unit, Space 075 at a cost of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($150.00) per month for a total amount of ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,800.00) over the term of the agreement, and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
