Discussion and possible action to authorize the use of community promotions general funds in an amount not to exceed $5,000. These monies were budgeted in 3rd party funding by the court in an effort to promote Webb County in events such as the Washington Birthday Celebration Association (WBCA) festivities, Senor International ceremony, State and Federal legislative trips to Austin, Texas and Washington D.C.
